Payment
We use Stripe as our payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store.
All payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s own terms of service and privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/legal and https://stripe.com/privacy. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
You agree to promptly update your account and payment information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Orders and Cancellations
Because our items are custom made to order, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production has begun. Please review your order carefully, including sizing, design, and shipping address, before completing your purchase.
Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund policy is detailed on our Return Policy page. In summary, due to the custom-printed nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except where an item is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. Such issues must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.

Shipping times and costs are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
