We hope you never need this information, but if something’s not right with your order, we want to make it right.

Custom Printed Apparel

All of our products are custom printed to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or simply not liking the design once it arrives. Please double check sizing using our size chart before placing your order, as we cannot offer returns based on fit once an item has been printed.

Misprinted, Flawed, or Defective Items

If your item arrives misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at support@nursesweatshirt.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Let us know your order number, what’s wrong with the item, and include a photo if possible so we can take a look. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund for items that qualify.

Cancellations

Since our items are made to order, we’re unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed and entered into production.
